Large Group Classes

One option for organizations is to offer an introduction to the technique as a  workshop for larger groups. Although Alexander Technique is best learned with as much contact between teacher and student as possible, I've taught anywhere from 12 to 200 people for a one or two-hour basic class. It is useful to get a feel for some of the tenets of the technique as a basis for further inquiry.

Masterclasses

Familiarity with  Alexander Technique is such a positive addition to the performer's toolbox. I am always enthusiastic about the opportunity to come to music conservatories, dance, opera and theatre programs (and even sports teams!) to provide ways to ease the burdens and stress of performance. Some of my personal greatest moments of discovery were through using the Alexander Technique to open channels for imagination and freedom. I offer anything from 2-hour masterclasses to 10-day immersions.
