"Your passion for teaching the Alexander Technique made everything I learned come to life."

- Lucas M., Business Manager

WHAT IS IT?  Alexander Technique is a form of postural re-education that teaches you to use your whole body with ease, efficiency, balance and power. It's proven effective in combating back and joint pain and it is taught in most major music and theatre schools to help prevent repetitive stress injuries and to maximize performance.

This limited size group class offers the basic thinking and procedures of the Alexander Technique, with plenty of individual hands-on attention.
